The Boiled Egg Diet – Lose 24 Pounds In Just 2 Weeks

Eggs contain a lot of nutrients, high-quality protein, good fats, minerals and vitamins. One egg is rich in Selenium, vitamin A, vitamin B2, vitamin B5 and Vitamin B12. It also contains minerals and vitamins such as Folate, vitamin E, potassium, calcium, manganese, zinc and iron.

One large egg contains small amounts of carbohydrates, five grams of fat, six grams of quality protein and 77 calories. It is really important to mention that the white is consisted only of protein while all the healthy nutrients are in the yolk.

First week

Monday

Lunch: 1 slice of low-fat cheese, 1 tomato and 1 slice of bread
Dinner: some chicken meat with a bowl of salad

Thursday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with 1 fruit that you’ll choose
Lunch: some fruit
Dinner: a bowl of salad and 1 piece of steamed chicken

Friday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 piece of fruit that you’ll choose
Lunch: 2 boiled eggs along with some steamed vegetables
Dinner: fish on a barbecue with a bowl of salad

Saturday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs along with 1 piece of fruit that you’ll choose
Lunch: only fruit
Dinner: some chicken meat with a bowl of salad

Sunday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs along with a piece of fruit that you’ll choose
Lunch: tomatoes, chicken meat and steamed vegetables
Dinner: only steamed vegetables

Second week:

Monday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 piece of fruit that you’ll choose
Lunch: a salad with some chicken meat
Dinner: 1 orange, some salad and 2 boiled eggs

Tuesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with 1 piece of fruit that you’ll choose
Lunch: some steamed vegetables and 2 boiled eggs
Dinner: grilled fish and a bowl of salad

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with 1 piece of fruit that you’ll choose
Lunch: chicken meat and a bowl of salad
Dinner: 1 orange, 2 boiled eggs and a bowl of salad

Thursday

Lunch: 1 slice of low-fat cheese and some steamed vegetables
Dinner: steamed chicken meat and a bowl of salad

Friday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with a piece of fruit that you’ll choose
Lunch: tuna salad
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs with a bowl of salad

Saturday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with 1 piece of fruit that you’ll choose
Lunch: some chicken meat with a bowl of salad
Dinner: only fruit

Sunday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with 1 piece of fruit that you’ll choose
Lunch: steamed chicken meat and steamed vegetables
Dinner: it should be the same as the lunch
